Most Effective: Limiting Screen Time and Getting More Sleep

Limiting my screen time and getting more sleep had an incredible impact on my mental wellness! This habit caused me to be more productive because I had more time to get work done since I was not on my phone! Limiting my time on my phone also reduced my stress because I was able to focus on what I needed to get done instead of worrying about what other people were doing. I also noticed that getting the right amount of sleep at night affected almost every single part of my day. It was easier for me to get up in the morning and I had so much more energy throughout the day. I was also able to focus better in school and put forth more effort on test and assignments. I was also in a better mood throughout the day. Overall, this healthy habit had a huge effect on me!

Least Effective: Reading For 30 Minutes

I do think that reading for 30 minutes everyday was very beneficial, but I do not believe that it had a large impact on my mental wellness. While I was reading each night, I was very calm and relaxed. It helped take my mind off things and therefore reduced my stress. Reading also helped me fall asleep at night. However, these effects did not last unless I was reading. Therefore, reading did not affect my mental wellness unless I was reading in that exact moment. So, reading was the least impacting of all the healthy habits.

Overall:

I think that all of the healthy habits I tried were very beneficial in different ways! I will definitely continue to use them daily!
